Do you send orders to my country?
At the moment only to Puerto Rico and the United States.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email. Tracking will be available the day after your order is shipped. Once your order is shipped, you can track your order via https://www.usps.com .
Can I make an exchange or refund?
No, our sales are non-refundable. Please read the item's description before processing your order. Thank you so much

Once we receive the package, we process the return. A Credit will be issued for the amount of the purchase, and you will have it available in your customer account.
Changes may be made for a product of equal or greater value. In case of higher value, they must pay the difference, in case of lower value, a Credit will be issued for the difference.
If the desired size is not in stock, a Credit will be issued, if it is not possible to obtain the size.
It is essential that the products are in their original packaging and in the same conditions in which we sent them. If this is not the case (if we receive the dirty, damaged, used product...) no Product Credit will be made, the only possible solution being a new shipment of the same merchandise. The new shipment will be paid by the customer and the deadline for claims is fifteen business days from notification by us.
IMPORTANT: If you need to make an exchange of one of our products and at the time of return it has a lower price, the product will be exchanged for the size or model you need; but the difference between the price at which you bought the product and the discounted price will not be paid. Likewise, if you need to make an exchange of one of our products and at the time of return it has a higher price, the product will be exchanged for the size or model you need; but you will not be charged for the difference between the price at which you purchased the product and the price at the time of return.
Only, a single change of the returned item will be made.

What if my jewelry fades?
Unfortunately, tarnishing is an unavoidable occurrence with any metal except gold and platinum. Email us for any issues you may have, if your item is fading at a faster rate we will happily exchange it.
• For Gold Plated, Stainless Steel items to maintain their original color, preferably they cannot get wet.
How long does it take to arrive my order?
Once shipped, most domestic orders take 5-7 business days to arrive, depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. We do NOT ship on weekends. If you place an order on a Friday after 1 pm your order will be shipped the following Monday.
